Prof. Yong Dai, Anhui University of Science and Technology, China

Foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, Foreign academician of the European Academy of Sciences, and an academician of the European Academy of Translational Medicine


Yong Dai, Ph.D., with a Level II professional technical title, is a Chief Physician in Nephrology, a Professor of Internal Medicine, and a Researcher in Biomedical Engineering. He serves as a doctoral and postdoctoral advisor and is a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering, a foreign academician of the European Academy of Sciences, and an academician of the European Academy of Translational Medicine. He is recognized as a Class A talent in Guangdong Province and a distinguished physician in Lingnan. Currently, he is a distinguished professor at Anhui University of Science and Technology, the Executive Director of the Medical Department, and the discipline leader of the College of Medicine (Basic Sciences). He has previously held professorships and doctoral advisor positions at Jinan University, Southern University of Science and Technology, Chongqing Medical University, and Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has also been a visiting professor at Baylor Scott & White Health in the United States and Texas A&M University College of Medicine. From 2020 to 2023, he was recognized as one of China's Highly Cited Scholars for four consecutive years and has been ranked among the world's top scientists for three years running. In addition, he serves as a professor at Southern University of Science and Technology and the Director of the Zhejiang Taizhou Big Health Research Center, the Director of the Guangdong Precision Medicine Engineering Research Center for Autoimmune Diseases, the Director of the Shenzhen Engineering Research Center for Autoimmune Diseases, and the Chief Expert of the Rheumatology Department (Key Discipline) at Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, as well as the Chief Expert at the Institute of Inflammatory and Immune Diseases at the Medical Center of Peking University-Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Shenzhen, among other roles.






Prof. Zulqarnain Baloch, Kunming University of Science and Technology, China

Dr. Zulqarnain Baloch served as an associate professor at the Biomedical Center of Northwest Minzu University in Lanzhou from 2019 to 2020. Since 2020, he has held the position of a professor and master tutor at the School of Life Science and Technology, Kunming University of Science and Technology. His research expertise lies in the field of molecular epidemiology pertaining to infectious diseases, pharmaceuticals, and traditional Chinese medicine.

Prof. Ming Chen, Zhejiang University, China

Prof. Ming Chen is the director of the Bioinformatics Laboratory at the College of Life Sciences and is the leading figure in the field of bioinformatics at Zhejiang University, China. He obtained his Ph.D. in bioinformatics from Bielefeld University, Germany, in 2004. He was seconded to the Fundamental Research Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, served as president assistant, and was specially appointed dean at Inner Mongolia Minzu University.


Prof. Chen's research work covers bioinformatics, systems biology, non-coding RNA transcriptomics, and precision medicine. He has published over 200 academic papers in peer-viewed journals such as Cell, Nature, Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics, etc., with a Google Scholar H-index of over 50. He has been included in the list of the top 2% of scientists in the world.


Prof. Ming Chen is the President of the Bioinformatics Society of Zhejiang Province, China; Committee Director of Chinese Society for "Multi-Omics and Integrative Biology"; Committee Deputy Director of Chinese Society for "Modeling and Simulation of Biological Systems"; Committee Executive Member of Chinese Societies for "Computational Systems Biology" and "Functional Genomics & Systems Biology"; and Committee Member of Chinese Societies for "Biomedical Information Technology" and "Biophysics (Bioinformatics)."






Prof. Lu Leng, Nanchang Hangkong University, China

LuLeng , Professor at the School of Software Engineering, Nanchang Hangkong University. Main research directions include: biometric recognition and authentication (modalities such as palm prints, palm veins, and facial features), biometric template protection, and computer vision. Postdoctoral researcher and visiting scholar at Yonsei University in South Korea, visiting scholar at West Virginia University in the United States, adjunct researcher at Southern University College in Malaysia, and short-term visiting scholar at Feng Chia University in Taiwan and Monash University Malaysia. Chief scientist and technical advisor for multiple companies. Editorial board member of international journals such as CSSE, JMIS, and JDAAT. Review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and over 100 international SCI journals, and a member of the science and technology expert database of provinces including Jiangxi, Hubei, Anhui, and Yunnan.
